I know it's supposed to be under the passenger seat, but I've read that some people have one under the drivers seat as well?Anyway, I took a couple pictures, is either one of these it? The first picture is under the drivers seat, the second picture is under the passengers seat.If one of these is the Moon and Tunes amplifier, then what is the other one?

the top picture(drivers side) is the 115V converter box for the outlet in the dash. the second picture(passenger side) is the factory amp.
