40 seconds of red, 20 seconds of green, 10 second left turn signals all 4 ways, getting through town under half an hour during the day, good luck!Traffic management elsewhere is just as bad I'm sure, but throw some bicycles where no bike lanes exist and watch the fun/insanity!

Weather and Beach wise - yes!Drug dealers, prostitutes, homeless crack whores, gangs of teens who randomly beat the hell out of people, ect... As long as you stay at the beach, at work, or in your car, you have nothing to worry about(as long as you don't park at the beach - hello busted windows). If you wondered what Vancouver was doing with it's problems for the olympics, they're being shipped up here. But all things considered, It's still better than Toronto!
