I like my "compact" SWB '07 T&C with 7,000 miles so I have no intention of buying, but my dealer has a 2009 T&C LX MSRP 27,160 I could get for about $19,160 plus tax after all rebates and incentives. And the sales tax is deductible plus the Govt. is backing the warranty so that is not a risk. That is a lot of vehicle for the money.

I have been looking at a couple of deals also. Solstice - $26,925 less GM employee (PEP 2) equals $22,827 less $3000 Rebate/Loyalty less $2000 GM card equals $17,827.G5 - $16935 less GM employee (PEP 2) equals $14,416 less $4000 Rebate/Loyalty less $2000 GM card equals $8,416.

My heart would say "Solstice", my pocketbook, G5. But hey - you can't take it with you and I ain't that awful far from going! The G6 would probably be somewhere in between I assume.

The only good Solstice is the GXP/SKY Redline. The others don't do it for me.The only good G5 would be a Cobalt SS. Proper power for that type of car.I wonder what you could get a Crossfire SRT for.
