18" wheels/tires225/40 will these fit?

sale-sng5j-1203065628@craigslist.org Iam not sure what Iam doing . I am trying to copy and paste an ad on craigs list in sarasota Fl. for tires and wheels 18" ask 500.00 Auto parts section. which came of a scion Toyota. Question is would these fit an 06 Vibe ? they are 225/40's. What do you think? I may go and see them this sunday . thanks in advance for any input.
