Just buy a Short Ram Intake (SRI) you'll get the air suck noise, maybe a little more power, and the ease of cleaning your air filter instead of having to replace them. When you accelerate it will give a Brrrrp sound as the air is being sucked in and it's not too annoying and you're not going to be a poser.

If you want to learn more about a Turbo, go here:http://www.turbominivan.com/tech/turbo101.htm
Son we have to get together and talk cars lol. A blow off valve is part of a turbo set up. Not all factory turbos have them, But most after market ones do. Basically, unless you have 5 grand laying around, your car wont sound like that.

I was also going to mention if you have to ask about the Turbo / BOV then you probably shouldn't get one... the time/cost envolved, esp for a vibe... go buy a car that already has a factory turbo, and then just add the BOV...
