The gf has my old GP (98 GT), and I'm going to be looking for a good forum for it later as she is wanting some LED work and I need to figure out some of the electrical. Does anyone here know of a good GP forum off the top of their head? I just figured I'd check here first prior to spending possibly hours finding a good one since I know that some of us are on several forums. Thanks in advance!

When I was young and still dragging girls in my comfy Grand Prix I was member of these clubs:Ontario-Quebec Club Grand Prix
http://www.oqcgp.comClubGP http://www.clubgp.com Great ressources on both sites.BTW, If you want to replace lights behind buttons or switches and want the stock look, you'll have to find 12v mini-bulbs not LEDs. LEDs will appear brigther than the stock bulbs. I've replaced at least a dozen bulbs in driver door, radio and vent controls in my GP

Thanks man!! No, she's wanting courtesy light behind the outside door handles to mimic the interior when you unlock the car, open the door and such. She hasn't wanted the interior changed much yet like how I've done in the Vibe though.

Does it happen to have courtesy lights under the dash that come on with the dome lights? I know a lot of GM cars over the years have had those... If so that would be an easy place to tap into a 12v source switched with the dome lights. Or, door courtesy/warning lights would be even better if it has them.Sounds like a fun project, hope you get it figured out.

Nice. Another tip, from experience. If you plan on using just the hot lead off the light and grounding it elsewhere, make sure that they're not using a constant 12v with a switched ground on the dome light circuit. Last time I added lights to a GM car like that I had them set up that way and wondered why they never turned off. Connnected the lights I was adding directly to the positive and ground on the light and it worked like a charm.

You could also check out RegalGS.org as the Regal is the sister car of the Grand Prix, and the forums aren't trafficked as much as CGP, so fewer jerks.
