2007 vibe 1.8 transmission help.

Post by oldsman350 »

Looking to find out info on my vibe. Its a 2007 vibe 1.8 with 58,000 mi and the check engine light is on. Transmission jerks when shifting. Went to Autozone to have the code read its coming up pressure control solenoid electrical fault. Does anyone have any idea what this means? Is it covered under the 100,000 power train warranty. What part need to be replaced and how much is it from a dealer. Thanks

I don't know much about the Vibe auto trannies, but the tranny is definitely part of the powertrain, so I would hope it's covered under warranty. Definitely call the dealer and ask.
