I can't believe you are adding a second set!! Talk about some blown eardrums!!!

I wanted to add a new set of horns to my vehicle, but have not had the time nor the disposable income for such a luxury.

Please see above... And no, it's not musical, just one compressor (well 2 in my case) and three tones in unison.. Seriously, they really do help you get noticed.. they are really obnoxious (the point, right)

They certainly do cut through the noise to get you noticed. I actually have a dual-trumpet set destined for installation on my Buell once I get the airbox modified to make room for the compressor. Now THAT is going to be hilarious.

Looks like you have outdone me!

^^^ Sorry mang, wasn't trying to, it's been a plan for a LONG time and i've been using these horns since 99' It happened to be a consistence when I saw your post.. I have my other set of horns ready to go in.. I just have to paint and find a mounting spot for the compressors..

Update,Had to take the whole front of the car apart to mount the compressors on the center radiator support... I needed to re-spray the intercooler anyway... Painted the compressors to help stave off corrosion... I laid it on thick too... Then baked them in the toaster oven for an hour, then filled everything I could with silicone to keep water from welling up in places.. My brother will be here later to finish my alarm install, and I'll finalize this then as well... In the meantime, i've got some light rust to take care off... I bought some rust encapsulator from The Eastwood Company.. so it won't be an issue..

Finished it up finally.. I filled the compressor ridges and electric connectors with blue RTV before they went on as well.. It gave me a chance to re-paint my FMIC as well ... Duplicolor Graphite Wheel paint..

Nice! I only have two horns.

looks awesome I used to have only one set of those in my previous vehicle ('94 dodge spirit) and they were loud can only imagine what 2 sets sound like lol I think eventually im adding another 100 watt Whelen Speaker to go with the one i have installed right now in the vibe estimated 123dB each so that be 246 decibles lol Any idea how many decibles when you sound off your pair? (6 trumps)

LoL.... 246db you will not get... I would have 264db if it doubled linearly.. lol... So you are gonna put Whelan in your car... what's he say about that.. lol..
