Worst luck

Well I guess my 03 Vibe's drivers side power window mechanism had a recall last year, but I didn't find out about it today because I bought the car used in July. Evidently, the window had been fix in June, but it has started doing the same thing so I called the dealership.They said that they guarantee their work for 1 year or 12000 miles. They asked me how many miles I had and I told them. They then informed me that it had been 12200 miles since they fixed it so it wasn't guaranteed. FML!!!
