Required to Liquidate Inventory

My former Pontiac, now Chevrolet Dealer, sent a letter stating "As part of our agreement with GM to purchase Chevrolet, we are required to liquidate the large inventory of Chevrolets we purchased from Ricart Automotive, to make way for new factory orders."So, as a loyal customer I am offered the unprecedented opportunity to buy any New Chevrolet at its wholesale price. Can be combined with available factory rebates and financing.Not in the market but sounds like b.s. to me. I wonder - is "wholesale" different/lower than "invoice"?There was a coupon good for a LOF, tire rotation, and wash all for $19.99. I might need that by June 30, 2009.
