May I introduce....

Wow, it has been a couple of crazy weeks. 3 weeks ago we found out that my father-in-law's cancer was terminal and he was given 2 weeks to live. He passed away on April 10th. His funeral was on Tuesday the 14th. About 2 hours after we buried him, my wife went into labor. On the 15th at about 7:30 pm, we were excited to meet our new daughter, Mahlee Jane (pronounced Molly). She was 7 lbs. and 19" long. Both mother and daughter are doing fine. We brought her home last night, and now are excited to have many sleepless nights ahead of us. So without further delay...

Sorry to hear about your father-in-law. At least he doesn't have to suffer any longer. On the ligher side of things, CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!! She's def a cutie!!!

many, many congratulations. Got to experience that myself 2 1/2 years ago when we lost a dear, dear friend shortly before my daughter was born. Makes you think a lot about life cycles and that sort of thing. Enjoy your new life together! Nothing will ever be the same again
