LED Beam Degree option

I'm going to be replacing the bulbs in the shifter column and possibly the HVAC controls. I'm curious if I should go with just a 120 degree beam (single LED on top) or go with the 360 degree with one beam on top and two on oppsing sides. Any suggestions? The difference is a little over a dollar between the two I believe. Here is the link to the ones I am looking at, #74.

I have done some LED upgrades before and for what you are looking for I would say the 120 degree should work just fine. Just a note for you though. Check out
http://www.oznium.com . I have used many LED's from this site with excellent results at great prices too. I am working on using the flexible strip LED's for an under-the-seat set-up. I have used these on the underside of the vehicle since they are waterproof and they work great.Good luck
