check engine light, new oxygen sensors

Howdy from Montana,Go an 03 Vibe 1.8, auto with 120,000 miles. Check engine light came on code read oxgyen sensors were slow, replaced them with Bosch. Light was out for a few days then came on again. Put on computer and it said the oxgyen sensors were both dead. Thought of replacing with factory brand but at $225 each I'm wondering if I should be doing something else. Thanks.Car runs good with a little less mph.Dan
