Will the 16" Rims off a Subie mount up fine to a Vibe?. Subie was a 98 Legacy GT, and the Vibe's my 04 (if that makes a difference)? Says bolt pattern is 16x6.5 or 5x100. Just found some cheap on Craigslist. Didn't fine the answer in the search, and know a few have Subie's Thanks

They should work just fine. You may need some hubcentric rings as you do with most aftermarket rims, I'm not sure if the hub bore is the same size. Rings are only about $12.00.

You'll need different lugs... Remember that... The Vibes lugs are retarded... I sold a set of 17" 08' Subaru Legasy wheels/tire to a guy here and i have NEVER once herd from him again... no posts, no Emails, nothing... strange.. but yeah, they should fit fine AND AND, subaru wheels are some of the lightest factory wheels produced... Typically, the 16's weight in at ~16-17lbs and the 17" come in ~17-18lbs...!!!! If you know anything about wheels weight, that is HUGE, for a factory wheels.. (huge weight reduction that is)

That's good to know on the lugs. Also on the wheel weight. Rotated the tires Friday night in the garage, I was just happy with how light the OEM one's were. Was used to the 8 Lugs Welds off my Ram.

one thing u have to be care full is not hitting the curb with them if they are aluminum, because the bend easily. i bent one of my subie rims when i hit a curb going 15mph. luckily my parents have two 05 legacy so they sold me a set of rims for a discounted price.

I'm sure that had more to do with HOW you hit the curb, than the wheel itself.... I'll tell ya, i've beat the LIVING CRAP outta my old beater subies rims and never ones had a problem... I never hit a curb though, they aren't really designed for it,ya know.. lol..
