HELP!!! EVAP issue, p0441

If the tank is filled (no i'm NOT overfilling it), within 3 trip cycles I get a P0441, to add to that when any amount of gas is added to the vehicle it can be harder to start or start and stall, starting to sound like a problem with the purge valve under the hood? anyone have a diagram of what valve is what... there's two by the airbox that look like they could be it... other than that the car runs PERFECT and all the maintenance is up to date
