My wife and I just picked up our brand new 2003 Vibe this past Thursday afternoon and we love it. We bought the base Vibe 4-speed auto in monotone Neptune and Graphite, all power with Moon & Tunes, 4-wheel ABS, and 16" alum wheels. We got a good deal on this car as it was on the dealer lot and they are already starting to get in some 2004 cars and must need the room(they had a 2004 Grand Prix in the showroom). We only paid $175.00 over dealer invoice for the car plus we got the $2000.00 cash back from GM to put towards the down payment. We already had a big cash down payment(about $9000) so once we added in the extra $2000.00 from GM are monthly payments are only $195.00 a month for this cool new Pontiac car/wagon/SUV mix, sweet!!!Even though we only have our new Vibe for two days now we have already started to make a few small changes and improvements. The day we picked it up from the dealer we drove almost 100 miles just cruisin' and enjoying the ride. The next day we were off to a local shop to get an alarm installed and the windows tinted(20% tint). It might seem like a small change but it looks different already with just the windows tinted. We already have other modifications in mind including new rims & tires, new exhaust and cold air induction systems(for better performance & sound),etc... This really is going to be "1 cool vibe" when we are done with it. Can't wait to get behind the wheel again and cruise.

I remember when I picked up my "Big Red"....I drove to my in-laws house to show it off....and then drove around town. Now, over 15,000 km later, I am still enjoying every minute in the Vibe.Welcome to GenVibe.

Thanks guys and congrats to you too, catniptooTriton GT, Yeah the monotone Neptune is really sweet, ain't it? I can't wait until I really start to modify this baby. Window tinting is only the first step to customizing my new Vibe, I have many plans for the future. It's great to be able to talk to so many other Vibe owners and share ideas and information.

I'm a mono neptune Vibe owner too. I love the color. When I was shopping for it, the dealer had a two-tone neptune Vibe, and I thought it looked cheap. I told him if there was any Vibe I would buy it would have to be a solid neptune blue base with automatic. The next day he had one on the lot. A week later I owned it, and was the only one who had put the 11 or so original test drive miles on it before I bought it.I love the way it looks so much I've taken to backing into my usual work parking place, just so I can admire the front view of the Vibe as I approach it to go home.Enjoy your new ride.KSNeptune
