what's your input in this?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlNEWsuOKRQaccording to their test, the black car was only a degree or so hotter.everyone told me not to get black because it'll be hotter in the summer. my first car was red with tan interior, my previous car was a white maxima with light color interior and my current vibe is black with black interior. from what i remember they all felt the same. first thing i noticed when i got the vibe was how hot it felt when i touched it but inside felt the same as my previous cars. i guess black cars are just more hot to the touch than other colors but inside temperature felt almost the same. i don't think i will notice one or two degree difference =/ out of the three colors i've owned, black does look awsome...especially when it's just washed lol but it's a pain to keep clean...that's my only complain.

I think they did this on Mythbusters a couple years back. Can't remember the results though

black cars definitely get hotter than light coloured cars. Trust me, I own both (black taurus & silver mustang. The Taurus can damn near burn you if your not careful. I think mythbusters also confirmed the results. If I recall it was at least 10 degrees hotter in the black car vs the white one.

They look hotter. That's why 3 out of 4 of my vehicles are black.
