Are 14's an option?

I live in Central New York & because of the snow & poor road management, I would like to put 14" steels on my car. Does anyone know if there are any 14" wheels that will work with my 2003 base Vibe? I'm basically looking to pizza cut through the snow this year.Thanks in advance for your input...-Andy W2ZXN Verona, NY
