Don't get me started.I'm still waiting for them to restore my maintenance records from the old owner center (pre-Yahoo!). I first asked for them to be restored back in August. They wouldn't start looking for them until I sent them my VIN. (removed)?? Their e-mail system wasn't smart enough to send them any identifying information in the web site contact form.They call me once a week (from offshore) to tell me they're still working on it.Yeah, right.
