Ours were released today (11/10) supposedly, 520 million of the quarters are being made, last in the series.

My mom used to but I don't know if she still is or if she gave up. I remember when they first came out, thinking it was going to be forever and a day before Hawaii came out. Guess that's been a long time ago, apparently...LOL.

I've been getting the mint proof sets (which includes all the quarters) every year, so I just got the last one a few months ago. I see complete sets on ebay for $305 (or just the quarters for $220). The proof sets usually were available around mid-year, so I'd get to see two or three quarters before they were released into circulation.

I heard on the news that supposedly they are coming out with the territories too (?) Guam/Puerto Rico/USVI. I wonder if that's true? That would be cool if they are!

We've been collecting one of each from each mint, and we're down to about 10 total quarters left.
