Do I HAVE to use an inline converter with the stock stereo?

Hello,I have an 09 vibe base and want to replace all 6 of the speakers and add an amp. I have tons of amps just laying around(used mostly for subs), but I figured i could just power some nice aftermarket 6.5s just as well.My question is--how much power does the stock HU have? Enough that I will need to install a line converter. The amps I am considering both have 'speaker level' inputs as well as line level.Has anyone else done this(amp and speakers but no sub)? Thanks!

If the amps have speaker level inputs, that is a internal line converter... you should be fine...

That's what I assumed, only I have run across this problem before when the HU is 'high powered'. I was just wanting to see if anyone had successfully done this with the stock HU.Thanks!
