2005 Vibe factory radio woes...

I am on my third factory radio in my Vibe. The first one's display started flashing at 10K miles. The second ate a CD at 25K miles. Both were replaced under warranty. Everytime the dealer said "defective part".I am now waiting for the inevitable day when it will fail again since I am at 45K miles. What is up with the factory radios in the Vibe? I suspect inferior GM parts. Good thing the car is mostly Toyota.
