LED dome lights from Oznium---LED dome lights from Oznium, Figured out wht size for Matrix, Vibe the same??I am putting Soft white in the rear as "soft is bright enough" and red in the middle dome, so I can turn on dome lights while driving for a short time so my daughter can see her nintendo and such and I figure the red will not glare my eyes and bright white in the sunroof control map light...I also have the Auto dimming mirror with compas that has some led map lights that are designed to be soft on the eyes as well as they are aimed at your lap...http://www.oznium.com/thin-led-domelightOznium is proud to introduce the slimmest LED dome light on the market. This dome light is made with very bright surface-mounted LED's which are attached to a thin circuit board. It takes only a few minutes to install.Available in four sizes:1.5" x 1.0"1.5" x 1.5"2.0" x 2.0"1.5" x 5"I have tried one and like it so ordered the other two...our dome light will take the 1.5 X 5 inch one if you pop the cover off, then pop out the mount, then trim some of the grey plastic using a dremmel or heck even a wire cutter....just trim 1/8 of a inch, essesentially the "lip" and the 1.5 X 5 fits fine...lots of light and color choices....I did the rear one as a test, and tomorow am doing the fromnt one next to the Sunroof controls with a 1.5 X 1.5 (it measured 1.5 X 2.5) and the center dome with a 1.5 x5 .How to Install1. Pop off the plastic dome or map light lens.2. Pull out the old bulb.3. Find the matching connector (we include 7 common sizes).4. Plug it in, fit the new LED dome light in place, and put the lens back on.That's it! Very easy, and a wonderful looking light when it's done. Seven common bases are included with each dome light.194/168/T10 BA9S Bayonet 27mm Festoon 31mm Festoon 36mm Festoon 39mm Festoon 44mm Festoon Check out Sylvania's Lamp Replacement Guide to find out which bulb size is correct for you.http://www.sylvania.com/Consum...t.htm

Did the soft white have a bit of a blue hue to it? I replaced my dome lights with LED bulbs and it gives a subtle blue hue that I love and just wondering if the soft white does the same.

One thing I always hated about my Trix was the light up front. On my Civic and most every other car out there the lights are separate for driver and passenger so I don't get distracted when driving. But this one just glares at me.I may go for the red when the time comes as it is softer on the eyes and will match.

one way is Auto Dimming Mirror, it has 2 map lights, aimed at the lap and made up of 3-4 different led colors and focused through a lens...really easy on the eys, also aht Red LEDs seem easy on the eye....IR and Red allows the iris to stay open for white light...

I just measured my center and hatch and there is no way that 5" will fit. It was right about 4". I am going to if there is a way to connect two of the 2" one together and put in there. Were you measuring on a Trix or Vibe?EDIT: Just read on the FAQ that they can be ran in parallel. I think that is what I am going to do. I will keep you posted as soon as I get them.
