Disable DRL with fuse

I have an 06 base Vibe and was wanting to disab;e the DRLs. I have seen all kinds of threads in here about splicing and snipping wires, but has anyone just pulled the fuse? In my owners manual, it says that there is a fuse in the fuse cluster in the instrument panel that controls the DRLs. One question:1) When in the world is this fuse panel!?!?!I had a 98 Grand Prix GT and when I removed the fuse for the DRLs not only did it disab;e the DRLs, but also the automatic headlights!!!If anyone can help me in finding this fuse panel, I will test this theory and let you know and hopefully this will prevent the need to splice any factory wires!!!

If you can't find the fuse panel, not sure if you should be pullin any fuses then.Just some FYI,it's under the steering column.

haha, true, but just bc I didn't see it doesn't mean I'm not comfortable with working on it. I mean Beethoven was deaf and he still made some of the best music in the world lol. I must be blind then bc that's where I was looking and I totally didn't see it. Plus it didn't help I was doing it in the dark too.

Good, now I don't feel like a total tool. Plus still in work clothes and being dark out didn't help my efforts either lol.

I pulled the fuse last night, and they still came on. Once I started driving, I noticed my Airbag light was still on. Obviously I will replace the fuse later today, however what concerns me is the fact that the 06 manual says that fuse was only associated with the DRLs. Anyone have any insight on this?

Closet row to the seat, third from the left. The manual states that's the one associated with the DRL, and obviously it is wrong!! I just checked the manual and the one associated with the airbags is closest to the firewall and furthest row to the right.
