Do you know the Speaker Specifications?

Does anyone know the speaker specifications for my 2004 Vibes' Moon and Tunes (no navigation) speakers and tweeters? I put in a new HU, removed the faulty stock amp, and wired the four speakers at the amp connectors. I want to build a crossover now for the front tweeters. I would like to know where to cut off the signal (at what Hz) for both the tweeters and the speakers. If you know where I can find this info, I'd appreciate it...Thanks!Jim

I'm not too sure about the Vibe, but most already have an inline crossover. I know that's how it was with my 98 Grand Prix GT.

I was hesitant to wire the tweeters directly to the HU output cause the mappings I had for the amp showed seperate tweeter outputs, so I thought that the tweeters might have been crossed over inside the amp I removed...

You would be FAR better off using a component set with a pre-built crossover... you will net better results and have less chance of frying something... Does your HU hsve internal crossovers?

As far as I can tell, no. The HU does not have internal crossovers. There is nothing in the documentation about it.
