Recessed Grills

I have seen in some pics the there appears to be recessed grills, like the 03 & 04 but not as deep, for front ends like mine, 06. Does anyone know about these or are they prob just a one-off for project cars and such? I prefer the recessed look versus the flush look and and curious to find a way to do that but I'm sure it will be much easier to buy them rather than customize it!

haha, now that I'm actively looking for those pics, I can't find them, but as soon as I do, I will post them. The Vibe on rksport.com sorta looks like it has them, but I can't really tell. Kinda loks like the chrome lip is in it's place and the grill part itself is recessed some. Who knows maybe i'm just crazy...

The '09s have recessed grills, with a chrome frame.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't an 09 in the pics, but that leads me to wonder, esp since I haven't seen much of the 09's, are those grills the same size and dimension as the 06's?
