On my 2009 Vibe, if you hit the info button it displays the XM channel on the left with the song name and artist to the right. It's aggravating hitting this button every time I change the station. Anyone know of a way to have this standard or not having to hit the button everytime?

try pushing and holding that button for a second or two.

I have exactly the same frustration and have yet to find a solution. I tried the technique that zionzr2 tried with no luck.I am stumped

I agree, what idiot decided people did not like that display choice?

Press the menu button and then select auto txt - turn this option on and the info (somewhat truncated) will scroll across the display.

I like when you hit info and it shows the artist on top and the song below. Not way to set that up to come up every time.

I have routinely set the auto text in the menu and yet every few days it will go back to off....im just too lazy to read the manual though
