It's a 7 seater based off the Cruze? How can that be that they will make a 7 seat crossover based on the underpinnings of a 4 door compact? Unless they mean it will look similar in design to the Cruze. I feel like this may be a little bit of a loss cause. If anything it would be a version of the Traverese coming to market.

"How can that be that they will make a 7 seat crossover based on the underpinnings of a 4 door compact?"3The mazda 5 is a 7 seater based on the mazda3. It's possible... it just means that the 2 people seating in the 3rd row are very unlucky...

7 Seater 2.0 turbo diesel 150HP vehicle? seems kinda weak for a 7 seater...

I thought the Mazda 5 was based off the Ford Max in Europe

Ford Europe uses the mazda3's underpinning for a lot of vehicules. The Mazda5 shares pretty much every mechanical component with the mazda3.

Now if only HID was an option in every model of car in the US and the regulations required all new cars to have projectors. So much nicer looking.
