context of use?a quick google search shows "one step ahead/behind". but i'm sure there are more uses, just like how DNE does.

Options kits on the 09 model1SA is the basic model1SB is the option group that adds interior equipment on the 1.8L version1SC adds the 2.4L engine, interior equipment and 17 inches alloysThe is also an AWD-1SB kit that adds interior equipments and 17 inches chrome alloys to the AWD model

Here is the link for the canadian Vibe brochure, option kits are on page 9.

1sa is also the line on your windshield about 3-4 inches down from the top where tint is usually not allowed below and often found above.
