GenVibe - Community for Pontiac Vibe Enthusiasts

Alright, so im caving and want XM/SIRIUS in my 06 vibe. i dont have m/t or s/s package, just aftermarket alpine HU. now my question is, what are my options?? do i have to have one of those ugly signal extender things across the window? drill a hole in the car? external antenna? what?any feedback from people who have done it would be appreciated.

Check out this thread. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=13249I did this to my car and it works great. Raginfish left a little bit of showing, but mine is flush up against the stock antenna. It's out of the way and is barely noticeable. The reception is good, too. Just be careful not to pinch the wire at the roof when putting the stock antenna back on. Please ignore my waxy build up.
