New member(owner) and question

Hi guys,We just got our new 09 navy blue Vibe...base 1.8 AT.Really happy with the purchase so far.I'm also very happy i found this site.I'm sure i'll find lots of questions answered and also helpful tips.One question(maybe it's been answered before).I know the Matrix and Vibe are very similar,butare they similar enough to use the same vent visors?I found some for the Matrix but none for the Vibe.ThanksRichardHalifax,NS

Good question... Not sure on the 09's.. I could tell you NO on the 03-08's... I would assume NO, since the body design, although similar is not the same.

All years have the same door frames, difference is only on the door skin

they actually have vent visors on ebay...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVWa member on here bought a set of those but the front ones near the side mirrors don't cover enough.

Welcome! I have checked out the new vibe and the new matrix but never paid attention to that. Well chuck is da man here. lol

Just to clarify, 09 Vibe and Matrix door frames are the same, as well as 03 to 08 Vibe and Matrix, But 03 to 08 are not the same as 09 as far as I can tell.

I wish they'd make Ventvisors that don't look so uber tacky.I think I'll skip them on this vehicle.

hey welcome to the family.post some picsmechanically the vibe and matrix are the same car. but exteriors are obviously different. i'd think the matrix visors won't fit the new vibe

Thanks guys.Really enjoying the car so far.Going to get rear windows tinted tomorrow...illegal to have front ones done here in Nova Scotia.
