example= let,s say you bought a used car with white walls and didn,t like em . assuming the tires already had about 15 or 20k miles and have been rotated normally. (it,s unknown if the tires are "directional type"). question = do you guys think it would be safe to put the white walls inside ? if so, would you put the drivers side on passenger side and vice versa or what ?

Shouldn't be an issue. Take it to a tire shop and ask them to make sure the whites are on the inside. Have you confirmed the insides aren't white walled too? If they are, better get the black sharpie (j/k).

If the tires are directional, that should be clearly indicated on the sidewall with a rotation arrow/pointer.

I've put whitewalls in and white letter tires in with no problems.
