Stock 16's to ???

On my 09, if I switch the stock 16's for some 17's, will it change my speedometer accuracy?I'm thinking of getting some better tires than the RS/As that are on it, for the slick NW winter roads, and upgrading the wheels as well.And please don't give me the standard USE THE SEARCH answer. I have.
