Chrome-Like Wheel Covers

OK, I am thinking of getting these off eBay for cheap. While I would like to have nice real chrome wheels, I'm thinking these might dress up the car enough for me without the expense. Are they cheesy?

I don't think they would look right on a Vibe...Why bother with ebay, you could just go to Walmart and probably get the same exact ones. Can't be more than $20 at Walmart...

Do whatever you like to your vibe as long as you like them.Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. But as breedz said, check out wal-mart or autozone, they maybe cheaper.

Personally I think they are pretty cheesy. Don't do it IMO.

WOW! Those wheels are incredible!Would I be able to put the 17" wheels on? I have 16" currently. What would be changed, or need to be changed besides the tires? I am totally green when it comes to wheels.....That set is amazing, I may toy with the idea of them on my Vibe. The price isn't as high as I thought for such a nice set. Here's a link with them on the Vibe: http://www.gmaccessorieszone.c...B.pdf

Let me explain what's involved in swapping wheels. You have an 09 with new tires (Goodyear Eagle RSA) and 16" steel wheels. If you want the ebay wheels, you will have to buy new 17" tires and have them mounted to the wheels: $700 shipped plus tires would be more than $1000 total. That is your most expensive option. Your cheapest option would be to find a set of 16" wheels you like and have your tires mounted on the new wheels, spending around $400. You can also do what I did, I didn't like the wheels/ hubcaps on my 06 Vibe, I waited until the tires needed replacing and bought these:I paid $680 total for the wheels and tires.(Sport Edition F2 wheel and Pirelli P4 tires) If you really want chrome, plan on spending a little more. Check out
http://www.tirerack.com for wheels and tires. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the explanation! I may do as you did and take the dive when I need new tires. Yours are awesome! I have to decide still if I want to spend the cash to dress the Vibe up or not.
