Thing is, doesn't matter if I get George W. on the phone, he doesn't run this forum. I'm 50 years old, & have been active in online forums since a lot of people here were in diapers. Raging against the machine gets you > It is what it is. An active, honest forum isn't sellable. Just a noob.

The post may have been deleted at the request of the author. Unfortunately I am waiting for more information on this. Please understand this, we're not being "selective" as we are always accused of doing with threads.

If you are 50 years old (I'm 49) you should have known the proper response to "Who ya gonna call?" would be GHOST BUSTERS.

As apparently nobody noticed, the post violated one of the rules of the forum by including profanity disguised with a couple of characters to get past the filter. But, rather than pay attention to that fact, let's just assume the moderators are being evil again. Sounds like a good plan to me.

farewell posts are better off being deleted anyway. That way we can try to talk the person into coming back, and when they do (I hope) , there's no written evidence they did anything more than just not post for a while.

I don't look for Waveaction to stay gone once things settle down a little bit.

I myself have been in that position, thought for sure I would end up booted... I on the other hand have been on forums a LONG time and know when to shut my mouth... It's hard, it's hard being a MOD and it's hard being a registered user that feels violated by a mod.. I feel fortunate that I'm now decent friends with my mods, but, I know, that if I get out of line, they will still have no problem whipping me back in line.. It's all a touchy situation, each instance is different... But I never put it past some mods to do shady stuff to cover there respective rumps... In the end, it's words on a computer screen, words that some take WAY to seriously..
