Hi All~I picked up my new 2009 Vibe last week and I have to say I love my car so far!I have only drove two Honda's for the last 21 years. Those 21 years were also pretty trouble free. I really really, really wanted to buy another Honda, but couldn't find what I wanted.I liked the Element except for its MPG rating. Then the Honda Fit looked like it might be "It", until I test drove one. After much research and test driving, I picked out my Vibe.I got the 1.8L Base model with manual trans. in Steel Blue Metallic. I have already got compliments on the color. The only options I got was AC and the cargo mat.For whoever is curious, my price was $16,307 and the mat was $71. I'm hoping for another 10 years of trouble free driving!Lisa in St. Louis

I drove a Honda for years before buying my Vibe too. I also have the 18L Base like your now and love it. It has been trouble free for me. Another Viber has driven his Base Vibe 300,000 miles already with very minor repairs and I hope yours will be trouble free. Please post Vibe photos.

Thanks for the warm welcome! 300,000 miles is impressive and gives me more confidence in the car.The car looks like this minus the fog lights and nice wheels. Mine has the hubcaps only:
