its that resistor that hooks to your iat sensor and makes it think its getting cold air so it add more fuel.not worth a potential cel in my opinion a couple of guys on new celica said it did absolutely nothing at all.one said he needed a new sensor after trying it out.so its not really worth the hassle i think!
