i bought a new system today. i am not really much of a stereo guy, but i think i got a good setup. i got a Kenwood KDC-X769 for my HU. the sales guy introduced me to Diamond speakers, i never heard of them, but they sound great. i am replacing all 4 door speakers with Diamond M3 6.5's. then he talked me into getting a amp and sub. so i got another brand i never heard of, but he said it was a high end brand. its a 600w Xtant amp with 2 10" Xtant subs w/ a box. i get it installed on monday, ill try and post some pics later. please someone tell me they have heard of some of these brands. it all sounded good, but i hope i didnt get jipped. i dont think i did, but ya never know.

Ooooo Awesome choice - can't wait to see the pics, I want to see how this looks in the Vibe, I am seriously considering getting this as well!

which componet are you talking about? or just all in general?

Oh! The headunit is what I am considering getting - but seeing it all would be cool

whoops, i posted the wrong HU earlier, i edited it already. its very similar, but this one has 5 preamp volts vs. 2 the 722 has. the KDC-X769 has basically the same apperance though.

Ah, I just checked the Kenwod website, I forgot that they had 2 of almost the same exact model (looks-wise) just a little more expensive.I was considering getting one of that style of HU, so no matter which # it is, can't wait to see how it looks inside the vibe
