Inside of headlamps spotty

Anyone else had problems with spots on the inside of the headlight lenses? If so, How can you clean them up short of buying new ones?

Can you take a picture of said spots? Are they hazy or a dark brownish black color. Does it look like the plastic on the inside has melted a bit? It could range from a bunch of problems.1) Dirt and a bad seal on the lamps could cause the problem.2) Using a very high wattage bulb, i.e. the blue bulbs that require 150+ watts to run when your system is meant for 55W, thus creating overheating in the lens and discoloring and burning. Those are the main two. If you could take a pic for me I would appreciate and could be more specific on the fix.
