ok, call me bored and desparet. i know this is the "off topic" section so thats what i intend to do, i figured this really wouldnt fit under the "waxing and washing" section. anyways, my girlfriend talked me into waxing my somewhat hairy back. i say some what cause its not to hairy, but i have a few patches that bug her and i. so we went and bought some and went to it. oh my god it hurt. back to the point, the next day i woke up and my back was all zitty and gross looking. i have never had back acne ever. any guy out there every waxed and had the same thing happen? will it go away soon? how can i help it?the only reason i posted this is because i used my vibe to go to the store and buy the wax. hope someone has an idea for me, thanks

And how do you think women feel after having a bikini wax! Yowza! But seriously... are they zits or like its irritated the skin where the hair came out - like an ingrown hair without the hair (since you waxed it off)?

InterestingWell, all the acne is probably from the oil and other crap in that wax, so it should be going away soon. And if not, just make sure to wash your back more often to get rid of the extra oil buildup.I shave my legs/chest/underarms for cycling, but I have also tried Nads and Nair - if the waxing gives you acne, you might want to try Nads (hurts, but not as messy as wax and no heating up either) and Nair - which dissolves the hair, but smells horrible, but from what I hear, the more you use it, the less the hair grows back till it scars the follicles enough that the hair stops growing all together.Of course, the easiest thing to do is just shave it once a week (mb the lady friend can do it

) - so far no acne breakouts from anything that I have done, so it could be the wax ... Good luck

Or you could just leave it........... you were meant to have the hair so why not leave it... Not saying I like a hairy girl or anything but seems like a big pain in the "back". Or you could try laser or electrolisis.... laser is the newest but very expensive.
