My Boyfriend of 3.5 years asked me to marry him when he, I and my family were on vacation at North Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago! I'm so excited!!I havnt been around because Iwas out of town adn when we got back ive been so busy with work adn figuring the wedding thing out and all. I had some time tonight and thought I'd stop by. I miss this place. Hope you all are doing well!!

Welcome to the engaged crowd! I proposed to my fiance last April. Wedding is July 19th so two weeks off. We are headed to Jamaica to party afterwards.Enojy yourselves, let's see the rock!

Probably someplace like Atlanta, Philadelphia, Milwaukee... some place simple... maybe the mountains, I dunno. Then that summer will go back to North Myrtle Beach with my family.We're doing a beach theme. Thought it would be appropriate.We have video that I will try and post on youtube. He asked my dad right before. Dad went and told my mom and grandma so they got their cameras and went out on the balcony and video'd it all. I had no idea. Will post a pic of the ring soon. Its being sized right now but i have a couple pictures.Also, the day before we swam in teh ocean all day and there were manta rays everywhere. we would be swimming along and there would be a dozen manta rays within reach. It was so awesome. I love manta rays so I was super excited.

heres the rock. It's 3/4 carat weight. I love it. Its what i wanted. I didnt tell him what to get because I wanted him to pick it out. He knew i liked princess cut. Thats about it. It was a complete surprise that he even proposed. It was perfect.
