Euro light modifications

I wonder if anyone here could help me out with info about Vibe lights? I plan to buy a (used) Vibe here in Canada and take it back home in Europe in a few years. Law requires somewhat different lights there than those used here, and I wonder how difficult and expensive it would be to make the modifications below?A red rear fog light should be easy to install, I gather there is a place for it already in the mount, if not standard? Yellow turn-signal lights on the vehicle sides could be bought as universal accessories, and then would have to be custom-mounted to the sheet metal? I probably don't have the nerve to drill holes on the sides of my car, so getting the job done by professionals will cost a little?Headlights are the potential problem. Regulations no longer strictly require that the headlights are marked with the euro(E)-type specification, they now also accept lights marked DOT with the bulbs being one of the following types: HB1 – HB5, HB7, D2S, D2R.So, are your Vibe headlights marked DOT and with bulbs mentioned above, and if not, is it possible to buy and fit such lights?I know I could ask these questions from a used-car dealer. But having met some in my life, and being pretty sure they are the same breed of people on both sides of the Atlantic, I assume they would happily assure me everything is easily fixed, regardless of what I ask. Thanks for any and all help.

The Vibe has 9003/HB2 headlight bulbs. Here's a link which may be useful:http://www.danielsternlighting....html
