Almost Father's Day

and I see this as one of the topics on a website, it followed the one labelled "9 Gifts your Dad doesn't want".http://finance.sympatico.msn.c...93683It just seemed kind of odd, I always thought Mother's Day and Father's Day are really about the family unit, single parent, extended family or however it is configured.On the other hand, I find it sad that a woman in a relationship even has to consider this kind of a tactic.

My gift is going to be my baby boy/girl (not sure what it's going to be yet) Doctor said yesterday that she would be suprised if the wife makes it more than another week...

That article just disgusts me. I guess mostly because I was financially ruined in the dissolution of a relationship. That's what disgusts me about this society... always look out for yourself, never consider what might happen to the other person.

I donno about the rest of you, but I had a great fathers day... Gave my dad hundereds of dollors in hard labor, putting a new steel roof on the house on saturday, and than on sunday we grilled steak and 4-6 count shrimp..!!!!

I bought my dad beer and my wife made him cookies. He was a happy man.
