oh...ha...yes...i still have the conti's on (i lied in that other thread w/ the poll thingy......it just seemed like a size that would be kinda unique so i posted it for the heck of it) the conti's are past the "illegal" point now on the front...the back will be illegal in a few hundred miles....500 or so...i think i am going to put them on the front and when they get to the illegal point school will be out and i'll be back in st. louis (where my Kumho's are) and i will load up the vibe w/ the kumhos and smoke my stupid conti's all the way to wal-mart......couple of conti killin doughnuts in the parking lot and then i'll pull in to the shop and have them switched. HAHAHAHA!!!! I plan to get a different set of cheap tires for the road trippin....i need a different type of tire. the kumho's are a high-performance tire....great traction and stuff but not really long lasting....so not practical for a summer of road trippin.....plus the kumhos are a street tire and i need something with a little more off road tread....im gonna be in the wilderness and crappy mud/gravel roads especially if they are wet.....im gonna need some more aggresive tires.

well....i dont know....if i go w/ 15 i need to get 5 wheels/tires so i have a spare....although if i go w/ 16 i would want a full size 16in spare anyways so its 5 wheels and tires either way......are there any advantages w/ either choiceare the wheels and tires much cheaper in 15inch

regardless of the wheel size 15inch or 16inch .......does it matter what sidewall i get....stock is 205-55-r16......could i get 205-70-r15? or 65R15 or 75R15....u get the point

i was under the impression that my kumho's at 225 were the widest we can fit on our rims.

so as long as the wheel well is big enough then that middle number...the sidewall height doesnt matter......so a 35R16 would fit and a 75R16 would fit?

i was asking if tires would fit regardless of the sidewall height.....for example the car has 205/55R16 on it as stock. Would both a 205/35R16 and a 205/75R16 fit. (does the sidewall height have any effect on whether or not the tire fits the rim) if not then i can go as tall as the wheel well lets me.....yes?sorry....im hard to understand....LOL

About 1000 miles on them. I'd say about $50. With shipping, that puts the purchase around $
