this is a stupid question but i dont know which motor i have. If you guys could let me know that would be great and what companies make what for this car. its a 2004 vibe, auto

you've got a 1zz-fe toyota matrix/corolla engine. Base power is 125 horse, 125 torque. You wont be doing anything crazy speed wise unless you plan on modding it. Lucky for us, you seem to want to. I'll provide you with a simple list of mods you can do to your car.1. If you want an intake, go to autoanything.com and look up the K+N Typhoon short ram intake. Just follow the dropdown lists for your car. Its around 200 bucks (cost me 220) and is one of the top short rams on the market. 2. You want a full exhaust system. Magnaflow is the best choice for your exhaust and DC Sports is your header system. you can also use autoanything to look these up. Basically your main mods are intake/exhaust/header. Hope that helped.

if you dont wanna spend $200+ on an intake..go to http://www.cosmoracing.com and get one from there..$95 for a short ram intake or $120 for a cold air
