Our local weight loss and healthy living group from SparkPeople.com has started a team to walk in the Waggin' Trail 5K in support of the Kentucky Humane Society. The walk is on Saturday, and we still need some help reaching our fundraising goals!I know a lot of you here are animal lovers, so if you have a dollar or two to spare, please consider donating--it all goes to help the animals at the Kentucky Humane Society shelters find great homes.
