It was a great day. We live inland from Lake Erie the closer we got to the dealership the colder it got. This time of the year the cold wind of the lake keep Erie and Girard (the town where the dealership is) about 8-10 degrees colder!

Congrats!! I'm wondering why you don't have the same wheel covers than I got on my Vibe...Do you have the 1.8L? Maybe they're different for the 1.8L and the 2.4L?

Dutchvibe. We have the same weather patterns here too, as expected. I live right between the lakes (Erie and Ontario)...go south and it cools off, go north and it cools off. Drop me an email if you ever travel up into this area...great wine region! (to give you an idea, it takes me 40mins to get to Buffalo).Congrats again on the car. I see you have XM radio. How is it? I also noticed a third headrest in the back...thats new from my '05

Edinboro is small college town with a lake. On the lake (Edinboro Lake) there are many cottages that used as vacation homes in the summer and rented to students in the winter. Edinboro is known for the lake effect snow it gets. I hoping the weather service is wrong. So far this has been the warmest spring in many years. It will be 75 degrees today.

That sucks about the H&R, but the car looks good in the pics. Nice color choice I like the new radio display and the rubber strips on the cargo bay.

Very, very sad indeed I feel for you...so sorry to see damage that early on. Hope they find the person that did this to a brand new Vibe. We will all come after them for you and give them a piece of our minds!!!I assumed you were from Holland. We have a very large Dutch population here in Niagara. My best buddy is Dutch, last name Dekker. My neighbour is an Elder, I work with Shrimer's, etc. etc. There are a ton of greenhouse operations here run by Dutch immigrants, first and second generation. Are you a soccer fan? Euro 2008 is fast approaching! Holland should do well. My homeland, England, are not even going to be there. So sad...beat out by the mighty Croatia in qualifying

I think I lucked out. I originally wanted an 09 vibe base model, navy blue metallic with the preferred package, air conditioning, alarm system, and 5 speed manual transmission. The dealer found one with the engine/transmission and options I wanted only in red hot metallic. I ended up liking the red better. The navy blue would have been too dark for my liking. The other blues were too light.
