I was wondering If anyone had found a spray paint at the local autostores/superstores that comes close to the metalic silver interior trim of the vibe? I have been lookign around but hard to tell what ones will look the closest. Also can krylon fusion be used as a base coat to prime plastic pieces or is it best just to use normal plastic primer?

Its actually the combination of 2 colors. I was lookign for a metalic pewter like the s-10's had for a while, figured it might be the closest but couldn't seem to find any at my local auto part store. So I ended up gettign metalic silver and gun metal. I put down a few coats of the silver at first then very light mist of the gun metal to darken it up a bit and give it the dark little specs I see in the other trim pieces.

well I decided the color wasn't dark enough to match the trim as Iw anted so I messed around with the same colors and got somethign I think is more inline. Given the location of the handle I think I see why pontiac never did anything here, its just to dark to notice anyhting
