Anyone that was thinking of installing a header on there 2ZZ probably shouldn't. The reason I say this is because I have been talking to a few Matrix XRS owners who have bought and installed this header on there Vehicles and none of them have had anything good to say about it.Most say that the vehicle feels like it's lost some power and when the lift takes place it doesn't kick in as hard. They are all going back with there stock exhaust manifold.The stock exhaust manifold looks very much like a aftermarket header and is very well designed for high RPM operation. It looks nothing like a normal low performance stock cast iron exhaust manifold. Looks like Toyota did a great job when they designed the stock unit.
