Where is the cigarette Lighter relay located?

Does anyone know where the cigarette lighter relay is located on my 2007 Vibe? I have the smoker package (I don't smoke!) and I need to bypass the relay so the dash mounted 12V power outlet is live all the time. I know where its fuse is, and I know that the center console power outlet has its own seperate fuse and a seperate relay behind the glove box. (Thanks joatmon!) Is the cigarette lighter circuit shared with any other systems? If so, instead of disabling the relay, I'll just run a seperate 16ga wire from the line side of the relay to the cigarette lighter socket on the dash and cap off the factory wire. Any help will be appreciated.

Yeah, I see that. No wonder nobody could find it. It doesn't exist! Hmmmm. I think I'll try to find the wire that runs between the load side of the power point fuse and the line side of the power point relay contact behind the glove box. If I splice into that line I can power the dash mounted outlet as always on and leave the center console outlet switched. Now if I only knew what color that wire was... Thanks for your help.
